I use 7.5 shot and it works real well. I flipped a few on the run at 20 yards. Pretty impreesive stuff. It makes rabbit hunting fun. I am partial to the .410 round for rabbit hunting.

410 Thompson Contender, 14'' barrel. Great fun, and also makes it much easier to handle the dogs.The draw back is their not cheap.

I prefer a 12 0r 20ga charles daly auto, mine has wood stocks but is an ultra lite.
