thanks bushyman. i think here in ky its 300, yes John said he will wait another wk. and if he doesnt recieve the system, he will check it out at the post office. lucky too he has kin works there.

Jane and dave404, click on the link above and the postal service will investigate this case for you. They don't get involved in contract issues, such as, so and so said he would send me a collar and I never got it, but this is a clear case of intent to defraud through the postal service. Intent is the key, it seems both of these guys have shown intent through previous deals with similar results. Don't let these folks go on and take someone who hasn't read this thread. Hold them accountable for the good of everyone.

Thanks Tim H. There is lots of reading too as you can get to another site that deals with cross border fraud, etc. That is a huge help, it will give me some direction too.

i ran a hound for over a month for a guy bye the name of phil in Bowling Green KY, that is bout 3 hours away from my place, he done what he said he would do, right nice guy....maybe its a different guy then the one you are talkin bout but the guy that i delt with done just what he told me he would do...sure wish more people was like him...

Thanks Will, Phil told the moderator (that is trying to reason) that I got the equipment and want my money back !! THAT is NOT a nice person.
I had to order a new unit from Chip Eisenhut and sent the invoice along with my reciept to Aaron to confirm that I indeed did NOT get this and was buying one from Chip.
He Promised to give me my money back weeks ago and won't. Plus he cannot find the paperwork for the tracking number Nor Insurance, which leads to him not even sending it as I requested the tracking number on alot of occassions.
He may be nice to those around him but he sure went back on his word with me. Maybe if I was as lucky as you and was face to face he would honor what he said. The $300 I lost to him plus the $$ for a new one I just put out is alot of money for a shocking unit. I take my beagles very serioiusly, and I don't play around when it comes to my hounds.

All I know is that if a person cannot keep their word... then their word means nothing.

sure wish more people was like him...

Chris , I'm glad you had a good experience with a guy named Phil . However Jane didn't have an opportunity to meet Phil in person and she has been stuck hard due to her trusting a guy from Ky , it makes our great state look bad imo . There are things involved when shipping from us to Canada and to my knowledge Phil has shown NO PROOF that any shipment was ever made

. If i'm wrong (show me) I'll gladly appologize to Phil .

He posted he would return the money on the PLEASE DELETE.. blah blah blah that's locked at the top, Aaron locked it until it's resolved but it's not and he says he doesn't want a bad name.....

I use to work with a man named Phil Stephenson in Bowling Green. Not taking up for him just the guy I worked with always seemed a super nice honest man. If it is the same guy then it is a shame. Sounds like you got took. I saw the post where hed send you your money back. So he should send your money back.

i guess people get raw deals all the time, i never saw the guy untill the ky state he ask me bout runin dogs and i did for a month, he allways called when he said he would and came and got them the time he said and i even took a check on him and it was good at the bank...so that is all i know...personal i dont even know why i started talkin bout this post it has nothing to do with me
