You know what.... I'm just wasting my breath.
I can kiss the money good bye because guys like that already know what they're doing.
I ordered a tattoo kit online and got it in 7 days from Montana, so I know he's never intended to send me the unit. Customs cleared through the USPS as fast as can be, so it's not tied up at customs as an excuse.
I got to feel sorry for people like that who need to rip off people to get money or what they want.
They just got no dignity or respect for the sport or other human beings in general.
This will be my last post on this issue as it's just draining. There will always be a Phil or a Jason out there... we just got to be more careful next time because it harms us all and our human spirit.

I did a search on the phone number. It appears the address and phone number are for a Phillip and Cynthia Stevenson. I would think that some charges could be filed beings you have a contact address.

You probably could but they know that you would have to appear in person and that you probably won't wanna make that kind of an investment. I think I would contact akc and then contact em again and again. You take away these folks ability to sell registered hounds and that will hit em where it hurts.... in their pocket book

Steve, you are probably right. What was I thinking???

Anyway, if you come down here and need a place to stay while you go looking for this guy, you are welcome to stay here. I am about an hour and half away from Bowling Green.

Thanks Oakhill, that is absolutely more than generous, WOW... nice to know fellow beaglers are so supportive. God Bless your big heart!

It would cost me thousands...... I'll cut my losses at the $300.

Poor Dave404's friend is out more than me .... from this Jason Woody, hopefully he's close enough he can do something about that.

Fraud

Post by bushytail man »

Contact the US Postal Inspectors. Fraud is a felony( generaly over 200. each state may be different) However, the Postal Inspectors can and will investigate because the suspect used the US Postal service in the furtherance of the Fraud. That is also a federal offense. Go get him!
