mange and sores
One of my females looks like she may have mange. She has a couple of spots that are very thin haired and her ears hardly have any hair on them. Another female has sores on her rear hips. I am including a pic. Not sure if this is also mange. What is the best treatment for mange and best medicine for this sore? Thanks in advance

Well With a Sore like that FIRST thing i would Do was See a VET
Also you didnt Say if you HAD been treating it and with what.....
Now if you had treated it before it got that bad with Iodine and maybe some lamasil ????? or a good antifungal Cream???

mange treatment
Best thing to treat mange with is Ivomectrin injectable 1/10 cc per 10 lbs give orally
The sore just appeared over the last 2 days. Noticed it yesterday when I was feeding. I know it wasn't anything near this bad the day before cause she always rolls over so I can rub her belly and I would have noticed it. I can't give her ivomec cause she is preg and due in 2 weeks. The other female that I strongly suspect has mange was given Ivomec last Friday (how long does it take?). I am using hydrocortisone cream on the female with the sore....if it doesn't improve or if it worsens in the next day I will get her to the vet. I probably don't wanna dip her with a sore like that I am sure. Thanks

I don't know how old she is, but due in two weeks, or old age will sometimes cause this as the dog is not completely controlling her bladder.
You will see this break out on both sides of an old females dogs rear, sometimes permanently especially if the bed is wood and the urine has soaked in it.
Put some mineral oil, or, coal oil (kerosene) on it mixed with a little sulphur if you have any, and it will not hurt her pups.
Just my guess!!!
