I found the website for Joy. Corn, wheat and corn gluten in the first 5 ingredients rule it out for me. Their Demand dog food is better but still has the corn in it, but further down the list. I have had too many skin and stomach problems with dogs due to corn. I avoid it completely. But I will say both Joy and Demand look better on paper then most the grocery store products!!

I like Exclusive puppy by PMI. It's a little pricey though, PMI puppy is more economical and another good product.

Nothing but Purina Puppy Chow for my pups.

I was sure I posted here now I can't find it!

My dogs eat CA Natural Chicken Meal & Rice.

I won't buy dog treats though because i'm too afraid of them getting recalled.

How many dogs do you have?!??! Wow. I spend 32 a month on my two beagles.

You can get much better dog food then pro plan for a lot cheaper I bet. Canidae is usually pretty cheap compared to all the other star brands.

I can usualy get Pro Plan Adult Formula on sale for $24 in the 42.25 bonus bags . Minus $7 for rebate checks that puts it down to $17 plus a bag. Pets Are Us has the most sales in my area. They sell Adult Formula for $29 when not on sale. The Pro Plan Performance is a little too high fat and protien for my dogs.

Lots of Purina salesmen on here, thats fine if you are in to the all corn or grain diet I feed Eagle pack Holistic select along with raw beef and liver supplements I havent tried any Eagle puppy foods yet but suspect they will be as good as the adult formula I am feeding. Is Purina really that good or is it the fact that they always have some kind of financial incentive going on to promote sales? For the record, I think its financial

I've fed Diamond,Joy,Pedigree,Ekunaba (sp) and Sportmix and my dogs keep on weight and look better when I feed them Purina. I aint knocking other brands just that my dogs do better on the Purina. I guess it boils down to what your dogs do best on.
