They look like they have a healthly dose of pit bull to me.

It is interesting or I should
say would be...If only we knew all the hosts that genes were harvested from to form and enhance the breeds of hounds as we know them today. Interesting indeed.

I'm inclined to agree with you. The breed is only as true as the honesty of the individual with the pen. My hounds are AKC and to the best of my knowledge and from what the papers and ped. say they are true beagles. They don't look like the have any other breed in them. I do have a 1/4 bassett and 3/4 beagle out of some grade dogs and she is only 12 weeks old and is baby sitting my PATCH pup who is 9 wks old.

If they'll run rabbits it don't matter what they are but if they have papers i'd like for them to be beagle.
