Do you have a copy of the Rabbit Hunter Magazine?
Contact info for clubs is in the magazine for ARKA and UKC.

Was it a collar like used in field trials to identify dogs, or a standard collar with a tag that had the club name?

What is the club name??

I can kind of understand you wanting to limit the information so the wrong person doesn't claim the dog, but if we know the club name we might can help you better.

Who ever claims the dog still has to ID it with sex, color, markings, size, approx age and so on, so you can limit that info.

Just trying to help ya is all.........

I find that funny. A club collar and nobody lost a dog. Maybe someone that came from out of the area and lost a dog at a trial... Things that make you go hmmmmm...
