I have a 3 year old male that gets bloody tails from wagging his tail while hunting/running. We have no briars up here so it is the wagging motion that causes his problem. Probably going to dock it about 3 to 4 inches this summer. Hare

I thought that all beagles was supposed to bleed when running in bad briars mine do some look like they been in a knife fight , I just don't run them eveyday , give em time to heel.
Been hunting for 52 years rest of the time I wasted.
