Yellow Creek goes back to a lot of famous, and some not so famous old dogs of yore... Gray's Linesman, Sheik of Shady Shores, Rolcap Smokey, Harwood's Sport Flash, Fish Creek Andy, Alibi Billy and then on back to the English imports such as Thorpe Satchville, Wheatleys, Stoke Place and others from merrie olde England.

beaglehandler,
Go to http://www.worldpedigrees.com there you will find your answer. Trace back Yellow Creek Ben and you will get back into Blue Cap , Elora and English hounds

Dan and Patch, here's a little more search I've done and will be trying to find out more.

Quote from H&H, "Zim purchased Constance, by importing Ringwood x Norah, a Rowett bitch."

I feel this is a slight miss print that may give the wrong impression.
The word "importing" should be "imported", this makes more sense as Constance was a Rowett bitch, she was bred from Mr. Rowett kennel here in the Stated. She is "by" Ringwood X Norah, we know Ringwood was an imported hound from England, but I'm not sure about Norah being imported or not by Mr.Rowett... :?:

try the townline dogs going back to jonnie pay check, blue sly kennel in michigan. or my kennel in western mary land. i have six of these dogs and they handle cotton tails real well and can run snowshoes the same way,the thicker the better.
beagle trials are ment to be enjoyed , they should be fair to the best of the honest oppinion

Rebel's dogs are the best. Just ask him.

The only real good snow dog my son and i ever had was a dog he gave 35 dollars when it was a year old. Someone didnt do the paper work but the guy we got her from said she had a lot of Dingus in her. She would not have a loss unless it went to hole.
