Holds leg up after running??

I have a male 2.5 yrs old. When I run him on an all day hunt, he likes to hold his front legs up. Right more than left. He doesn't seem to have any real pain with it though.
If you run him 2 days in a row he will start out favoring it until he's streched out & then he's fine for the hole day. Any advise would be great.

I had a dog that had a similiar problem a while back. All I did was spray some pad tough on his feet everytime I took him out and he was fine after a few hunts. I was worried it was in his hip but a buddy told me to try this first and it worked
