Dans are hard to beat, mine are 4 years old now and are still waterproof. Well used also. They will not burn you up when its warm out and very light weight.

Wicks or Dans either one are very good . . . .

Unless you are looking for something Heavy then I like Filson Double Tin Hunting Bibs they are a little pricey but well worth the investment I have owned mine for several years now.

Ilike and have both bibs & chaps from Wick's , I've never tried anyother cause these have done a great job for me , I also have a Wicks hunting coat , it's flannel lined , our weather is generally to warm for it but we have a few days where the wind is blowing that I can wear it.They have good stuff and we bust the briars hard and they stand up it the ruffest and stay waterproof as well. That's my vote !!

Wicks

Post by sgc »

WICKS - I've had my Wicks bibs since 1992. A year ago the zipper that zips up the leg went on them. When I called Wicks to see how much it would cost to get fixed - they said it was FREE. I sent them in and they replaced the zipper for free. My Wicks are as good as the day I bought them. They're a great product & a great company to stand by their product like they did. You can't find many businesses that do that now-a-days.
