Cheapest Tri tronics dealer?

I am pretty sure that all the collar dealers are supposed to advertise at the same minimum price. They can charge more, but not less.
You will notice that about all the ads and websites you see will usually have the same price (except for the ones with idiot prices).
This is the same for many brands of collars.
It is to keep the dealers from cutting each others throats.
If you have one guy selling them and advertising them at cost, or below a reasonable price other dealers will drop the line because they don't want to compete for that little of a profit margin.
Same way with Stihl chainsaws and a lot of other stuff.
