This is the 1st time of done this , but not the 1st one to do it. I thought it was something I could give back to a young person.Maybe as the ole saying goes keep they in the woods and you'll know where they are.
As I said it's a 1st for me but I hope I can do it every year , that's my plan.

Well it's December 2nd. I'm going to reveal the winner (s) , but first I want
to thanks all that sent in letters,this was a very,very hard one to judge and I wish I could provide each one of you a pup. We had 15 entries 8 gals and 7 guys,after seeing and reading the letters and what this will mean to the lucky child , my wife who had picked a pup from this litter decided it would mean alot if we gave 2 pups instead of the one so she ask me if we could pick 2 winners,and we decided to choose a boy winner and a girl winner. I just talked to the little boy & my wife just spoke to the little girl and we informed them that they had been chosen to recieve these pups.
So congrats !!!!!! to Summer from Wellington,AL. and Trevor from Weelyville,MO. Of coarse we couldn't see thier faces or big ole smiles,but I can tell you we both , my wife and myself had pretty big smiles ourselves.
Summer & family will be here tomorrow afternoon to get her pup and were are working on Trevon's reunion.
I will take picture's and post them if the parents give me that permission.

So if the good Lord willing , we will try to continue this each year.It's been exciting and meant a lot to me and my family to do this. Hope these 2 kids find enjoyment in these pups as I have over the last 40 years.

We've got it though. The Alabama winner will be here today to get her pup. The little guy from MO. has a grandfather in Bowling Green,KY which is 2 hrs. closer and he is picking up this pup on Thursday.
Again folks thanks for all the letters and thanks to those that sent gift cards or offered to. You can bet your hearts are in the right place.

This Trevor's mama. I just wanted to say thank you. He might not have sounded very excited on the phone, I think he was in shock, but he had a smile a mile long on his face. He has called and told everybody he knows that he won a puppy, and he cant wait until his grandpa brings it to him!
I will get a picture of him and his puppy and put it on here so everybody can see. Thanks again, you brought an early christmas to a little boy in Missouri.
