I wore out a pair of Muck boots in 3 months and a pair of Lacrosse in 5 months.

I like the Rocky boots a lot better for Hunting and Field Trialing, plus wear them anywhere you want too.

JUST MY OWN OPINION ONLY,

I bought a pair last year and love them. Mine are the Wetland Muck
boots. They are great. I wished I could get a pair for the summer
that were not so hot. They are very comfortable in my opinion and
don't see them wearing out anytime soon. I wear mine just about
everyday in the woods at the kennel and around the farm. Wished
I'd got them years ago. You will love them at Drummond with all
the swamp land up there. They will wade through some deep stuff
and still are comfortable on the feet.

I have Muck Work Shoes and wear them every day around the farm, except during the warmest part of summer.

I used to buy Rocky Boots for hunting, but the gore tex liner wears out in a year or so and they start leaking. I got tired of wet feet and taking boots back to the store in Nelsonville, OH.

I have some Muck Boots for hunting, and they are OK. My favorites, though, are my Le Chameau boots from France. They are rubber boots with a walking boot sole. They are lightweight and I wear them all year long. The English gamekeepers love them in the rainy weather of England. They are expensive, but I'll never do without them. Just thought you guys should know there is something better out there if you are willing to pay the price.

My Mucks passed the Drummond test with flying colors...They are comfortable and my feet don't ache like they used to with my Irish Setters.

BTW, I wouldn't buy those French made boots simply because they are French.... Tony
