Thanks for the responses, very informative. I guess the best thing to do is to try attend a trial like Fuzz said and see first hand how it works and if you like the format. I am like alot of others in that the LP ARHA is all I have ever been too because of proximity and convenience with several clubs close to home.

One of these days I'm going to make the drive up to Ky. and try a Mid- West trial. I've wanted to for a long time but the 4-5 hour drive always makes me put it off. Would have to leave the house around 1:00 -2:00 A.M. and lose an hour going into the eastern time zone to boot. I know, waa,waa. Just lazy.
On the other hand I've got three ARHA Little Pack clubs all less than an hour away from me.
The A.K.C. clubs here in Tn. as far as I know all run U.B.G.F. and they don't want my dogs there and I have no interest in that type of dog either so........
