Y'all are bush league. I just give 'em one of those looks that could kill, like I do Ralph from time to time, and it works pretty good on a 5lb rabbit. :eyes:

Ok, since we're all being so honest......when the rabbits hear I'm coming, they've all heard of my shooting prowess......and.......they fall over dead from laughing so hard!! Then all I have to do is bend over and pick 'em up! :D
If you can't run with the BIG DOGS stay on the porch!

I prefer my 10 gauge loaded with #4's. I just start spraying the area and eventually the rabbit succumbs to the bombardment. I call it "Shock and Awe" hunting. :D

Big Dog: I found a gun parts place that has hard to find parts. I found and ejector for my 50 Plus yr old Stevens .410 bolt action. They might have that clip. Let me know if you still have the gun and want to try to get the clip.

My gosh, what have I started. All I did was tell the truth and this is what happens.

Alabama, my grandfather never went rabbit hunting without his slingshot and on most occassions he would find one or two in the bed and shoot them with it. He did carry his double 12 ga. for killing the running rabbits. A sling shot in the right persons hand is a lethal weapon!!!
