Bev, you deserve a break. You have slam dunked the beagling magazine industry. You are the founding mother of this periodical, don't let any one tell you different. I don't know how many times I've been over to your house and either see you working late in the garage on the mag or go hortizontal on the couch for a short time just to get ready for round 2 for TAB. You have been sooooooooooo kind to me too when I would come over to visit to either ask questions so I could better my program or just hang for a little while. You would drop what you were doing, offer me a drink, and lend an ear. You had a big part in straightening out my learning curve that alowed me to be successful out of the starting gate. I thank you for that. Now enjoy yourself and run some dogs, I help you catch'em when your done.
I'VE GOT SOME DOGS THAT ARE GONNA HURT SOME FEELINGS!!!!! I just hope it's not mine. Home of Wild Hare Kennels and FC Creek Woods Blue.
Awwww! Thanks, Jeff! As a friend close by, you've certainly seen me at my worst - napping on the sofa, working in my PJs - eyes propped open with toothpicks, and my hair looking like the cat sucked on it all night. I'm glad you didn't mention those things (lol).
Don't minimize your own part in your success. Never have I met anyone as hungry for knowledge, and willing to listen to others as you. You have this "never say die" attitude, and you just keep plugging away at this beagling thing. All those qualities equal a recipe for success. Talk to you soon!

What are you going to do with your spare time now?
You will find yourself still some part of the eggs you hatched. Web site comments, maybe an article or two, etc.
Hopefully you can now come down and go on a real fun dog competition and rabbit hunt!!!
Good future in whatever you do!
Can't wait to see the improvements the new owners make!! lol
Wishing them both success as well. I'm sure you knew they would be our kind of folks. We trust your judgement and welcome them wholehardely.

Wado, John! I'm really pretty happy right now, getting collars for my dogs, setting up the kennel, etc. Very busy still, but I should be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel after this week of tying up loose ends, helping the new owners get on their feet with their first issue (May).
The Ridenhours are good folks - beaglers, and good business people. They appear committed to keeping TAB a varied format magazine like I did. I think it will be just fine. It's tough selling your "name", I had faith they would do their level best to equal or improve on it. I'll still be around.

Bev, here is a Tony The Tiger, thank you. Greaaaaaaaat job that you have done. Now maybe you can get the chance to enjoy your dogs. You might also be able to keep Ralph and Ellwood from getting anymore speed and drive points.
I only had the pleasure of meeting Mike and guiding his cast at our world hunt. Try keeping him and Denny Dugan straight, and not bust the zipper on your blue jeans, from laughing so hard. I'm sure Mike and his wife will do a great job with the magizine. Does this mean that I might not have the chance of hunting with him again?
Mike and family I wish you the best of luck. Bev enjoy your partial retirement and Roy and I will save you a seat in the lawn chair or on the tailgate, when you get time to come and run with the fat pack.

To old to cut the mustard, you can always run beagles

Well, I've been out of the circle for awhile, and drop by here to see this! Wow!
You deserve a break Beverley. I know you've worked hard at TAB (and will continue to do so). I'll just never look at the mag the same though.
Thanks for all you've done. My kids still wear their TAB caps you gave them, and I still have that photo of Jess making a pass at you at Silver Creek a couple of years ago....

Dear Bev, I am so thankful to hear the news. Now you can spend more time answering my stupid questions. Or you could take over the Blackgold business here in the Indy area. Or you could mow my lawn a couple of times a week, clean the kennels, and lets not forget my honey do list. I am always looking for help with that. You always did a great job and should be very proud of what you have done. Now I am real serious about the list above, mostly the dog food business. Love Andy
