Kasco is a very good food if you can find it. I gather is got too expensive for a friend of mine that has bird dogs. He used to feed it but quit because they increased their prices and went from 50 to 40 pound bags...
If they are competative price wise, I would feed Kasco before I would feed Purina, just my opinion though.

DOG FOOD
EMERY GOT IT RIGHT... I have fed Kasco for years at a time and have a friend who still feeds it. It is great food, it will keep a dog great even under heavy running. It will put on to much weight if you don't run your dogs enough so you can feed less during the times you don't run. But it is expensive compared to some. $20.00 or so per 40lbs. But like Emery said it is hard to find. I quit using it for that very reason. I don't like driving an hour to buy dog food.

Sorry guys, I have no advise on those foods, other than to tell you they are not worth the money.

Kasco is a fine food. I fed it for quite awhile here. It became hard to get & the prices kept going up. I have ben feeding the purina, I think the Kasco is better. Seems like the Purina is just missing something. But it work good in the off season......J
Don't worry about what people think....most don't do it often!!!
