Hair not growing back from a scratch

My pup was scratched on her muzzle about a week ago. It was deep enough to bleed slightly, and remove a small patch of hair. I cleaned the wound with peroxide and neosporen. It has healed up nice, but her hair isn't growing back yet. Any ideas?
Take a kid hunting or fishing.
