That boy can race, say what you want, but he can race. Had to change motor's, got banged up, 17 pit stops and to even be in the top ten was huge, let alone win. If he didn't drop down to avoid a crash, they would have acused him of bullying and not making room. With all those cars in the front it would have been one heck of a pile up, and he would have been blamed. The kid raced all day with no help, he had to race the whole lot of em. They were crying on the radio's for some one to block him in the last few laps, so he did what he had to do to win. Tha fact is you might have more car than him, but you are not going to out drive him.

Have you ever seen a driver have worse luck than Mark Martin? Reminds me of the luck I have when I go to an LP hunt!!!!!!!I mean, in some cases, you make your own luck, but sometimes it comes a'huntin' ya and there's no escape! By the way, I'm not a big JR fan, but I'm DEFINITELY not a 24 fan. JR is destined for greatness. Kerry should sell used cars or something, but Jr inherited all the instincts.

Regardless who wins it is hardly worth watching. It stinks if you remember how Talladega was in the real days 210 + miles per hour now thats racing. I hate restrictor plates. A restrictor plate race is a twin to a walkie talkie beagle. Modified to a slower than normal pace all in one big bunch. YYYYiiieeee

DEI ROCKS!!!!!
First off Jr impressed me when "the man" got killed by coming right back and racing. He has heart thats all there is to it. He has it. He took a slower car, out drove the others and done what his Father was known for, taking advantage of a situation or other "so called" drivers mistakes. After Dale got killed I almost lost interest in NASCAR, but now that Jr has cleared his mind, I am hooked again.
Oh yea, I heard that Jeffy Gordon was taking the rear view mirror out of his car from now on. They said he didnt need it no more, Dale Jr is always going to be in front of him.
I also would like to add that I was a fan of Dale Sr since me and my dad watched nascar back in the early eightys. Just one of many memories of two great men.

Auto Racing

Post by mybeagles »

I lost interest in Car racing in circles when NASA developed an engine that could travel at the speed of sound. Makes their game out of date. As for Jr passing below the yellow line, isnt that like a beagle that skirts the pack to get in the front. Field trials and auto racing have a lot in common.

Yep NASCAR and Field Trialing has a lot in common. You always have people in the gallery that think they know more than the judges. NASCAR officials found Junior's pass legal, but you got arm chair drivers thinking they know it all. Quit crying. FYI he had another top five finish this week. Hard to be humble when he's so good!

The wall joke if you wish to deem it, was in very poor taste. How would any of you like someone to make fun of the death of your parents? I don't think you guys would appreciate

Good day...
