Movie Star beagle

My 8 year old beagle has brought home $300cdn for starring in a commercial! This is nothing new but each filming is an experience. This time my beagle went with the agent on Thursday to North Bay. Friday, in the middle of some horrendous, cold weather they shot the commercial on a frozen lake. The dogs had to hitch to a husky sled and pretend to pull. The dogs were beagle, basset, chihauhau, jack russell , spaniel and one other I didn't meet. By the way, I went to my regular work not with the dogs. Chili got back home today, Saturday. She had 2 nights away, a day on a frozen lake and she is tired now. All that concentration sure wears out a beagle, more than a day in the field I think. She is harness trained to pull and next weekend we will be at All About Pets Show in Toronto demostrating her proficiency in harness. So watch out for a southern Ontario commercial with a funny sled team and the beagle is Chili! By the way, she hunts too!
