Here's my red pup: Shiawassee Bottom Red Haze.
She is Rush Hollow Maverick and Bramlett bred on top. And Red Man bred on the bottom. Just wondering if their is a huge market for the red beagles? (I usually keep Black and Tans)
Failure to prepare, is preparing to fail.

Well Adam, you know I'm alot like you as favoring the black and tans, however I do like the red ones like the one in your picture, with no or very little white. I like a solid colored hound. The color doesn't make them run any better, but I believe everybody likes a certain color.
I like the red n white hounds..i have 1 red n white bitch and I just bought a red n white pup a few months ago..got him started, rfinding and running his own rabbit at 9 1/2 months
I have red and white and black and tans all Ogemaw Casey bred. Red are good in LPH trials if they are doing everything right but stick out like a sore thumb if they don't. Bob
It depends on what is bred to him,he has throwed alot of red pups.Bred him to a couple of red female got all red pups, bred him to tri-colors got --red & white--b&t--& tri-colors,bred a couple of blueticks--got redticks---blueticks---& a couple of tri-colors.
I have a pup out of Milams Loko Go Red...He is an open marked tri.
Hey Bub, that pup started a week ago and he should be a really nice hound before too long. Man I love his bark.....He definately lets you know he is chasing a rabbit. Can't wait until he is ready for trials......
