Thanks little dog. Yes we do have the sire. He is the dog at the top of the page. That picture does not do him justice I don't think. He is 15 inches and the mother is 13 1/2. I would say the pups should be black headed. I don't think I have seen you post on here before but the mother is from Oakhills Kennel. She has some nice looking blueticks.

Wow you do have some nice looking blues. What line are these dogs? I like the real open male pup the best.

Thanks Trevor. The pups are heavy Gunsmoke bred on top and they have Rebels Last Chance and Hoppers Rust Nail, which goes back to Hanks Jo-Jo Blue, on the bottom. They also have Spicers Blue Back in the bottom of there ped. The Gunsmoke in them is the old line of Gunsmoke blueticks, Gunsmoke Blue Corky, Gunsmoke Blue Stoney, Gunsmoke Bluetick Dolly, and Gunsmoke Blue Smokey II to name a few. Some of these Gunsmoke hounds are directly out of Emmons Blue Streaker.

The dam to these pups is the 2nd pic down from the bottom. The sire is in Ohio.

Another month or two it will be time to get them started. Between rabbit hunting and training 3 pups its going to be a busy fall and winter but I am sure we will enjoy every minute of it.

Blue Briar you really seem to know you gunsmoke stuff. My pup has FC Gunsmokes Wicked Wanda and Gunsmokes kelly in her blood line do you know anything about these dogs? I was curious about speed and nose.

Trevor, I don't know a whole lot about the tri-color Gunsmoke line. I do know that in the two dogs mentioned there are dogs like Buzz Bomb, Del Ray Stubby, and F-n-F's Two Toney. On the speed of the dogs you have post a topic on here and I am sure someone can tell you more about the speed of these dogs I listed. Hopes this helps.
