Measuring stand

I make measuring stands. Price is $85 and that includes shipping and handling. email me and I will send you a couple of pictures of the stand that I make.
Once upon a time, a man asked a girl " Will you marry me?" The girl said " NO." and the guy lived happily ever after and ran his dogs as much as he wanted to.

There is also a fellow that makes very nice wickets for a fair price here:

He'll put your kennel name on it for free too.

Cindy.
Someone Will correct me if i am Wrong i am Sure LOl
BUT The wicket canntot be used in a AKC or UKC Field trials To much margin for error LOL
The stands used for the trials must be AKC or UKC approved and have certain Qualifications that they must adhere to. I will see if i can find the requirements again and post them.
We were told by an AKC rep at our Seminar that the WICKET could not be used at a Sanctioned trial!

3-E A measuring stand made entirely of metal and
meeting the requirements of The American Kennel
Club must be used for all measuring at field trials

including Official Measurement. The contact bar shall
have a smooth edge, and there shall be no markings
or calibrations on the measuring stand or stick. Any
calibrations shall be on a separate part or sleeve, so
that the stick is set and locked before the measurers
know the hound’s height in inches. The calibrations
must be checked with a gauge or rule for each class.
The contact bar shall be loosely placed across the
shoulder blades at the highest point, the hound standing
in a naturally alert position with the head up but
not stretched upward and with its feet well under it
and forelegs vertical on a flat, level board with a nonslip
surface, placed at floor or ground level. The contact
bar must never be set in advance at a specified
height, but may only be set at the height of the particular
hound being measured. The hound shall be
posed for measurement by the measurers, and once
the reading has been made, no additional measurements
shall be taken.
