Free webs question

This is for anyone who has built their own free website. Years ago I built my own website and have since forgotten either the User name and/or password. To make matters worse the email I used at the time of building the website has expired, enabling me to recover my user name and/or password. Does anyone know how I may be able to recover the aforementioned? It's driving me insane. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
