I always liked sheep dip. Ya have a hard time finding it anymore. Also i have sprinkled a small amount of garlic on the food.I have never heard of fleas so bad as the last couple of years. Before ya buy frontline ck out pet armour at walmart, same and cheaper by far also tractor supply sells it.

Hey Tony,
you got some more pups; I would say make sure you treat there living quarters as that is where the fleas will most likely spend most of their time.
What are your pups out of, were you able to find some more Awful Bawlin pups?
Bath the pups in dawn and that should kill the flea's and it's mild, man I hate fleas.
Frontline tells you how young a dog you can use it on, I just don't like using too many chemicals on them when they are young.
I think 10 weeks is probably old enough thou.
Hope this helps

Hey Don, no they are grade dogs with weir creek breeding that the dam and sire have super hunt and they needed a home.LOL.More pet than anything. I use Termidor SC on my older dogs but I didn't know if I could on pups that young!!

The sisters to your females are fast hunting machines, can't wait to get them back up North on hare again.
Good luck with your new pups, I have a few pups myself right now.

cedar chips fleas hate em, the green polmolive dish washing soap, kills em on contact..
Re: Pros. Advice on fleas!
Dawn dish washing liquid on dogs & kennel. Soresto collars after that. They last 8 months. Had mine on about 5 months now & haven't saw my dogs offer to scratch since the day after I put them on.
Re: Pros. Advice on fleas!
just like crow said dawn dish washing liquid and warm water dont b stingy with it wash every were even between there toes then when they dry cover them in 7 dust because the dawn will only kill the fleas not the eggs the 7 dust will take care of the eggs when they hatch and also use the cedar shavings like somebody suggested but i would also use the 7 dust mixed in the bedding it dont smell the best but its better then fleas if your pups have them i would probally cover my other dogs in the dust to just to meke sure they dont move to them after all that i would put a preventative on them ive been using the pet armor from wal mart its half the price of fronline and has been workin for me good luck
