y cant arha have like a competition between clubs maybe in the summer when there hunt much going on to see which clubs got the most dog power maybe do a tournament and reward the winning clubs the state hunt or do something like that it may put more hype on the state hunts as well just a thought

sounds good to me, i would vote for that. more time to run dogs. but as far as getting the state hunt it would be more like how many judges and suport from the host club. thats what it takes to do a state hunt. runnin ground and all that. it could still happen just between different clubs with out arha and do your own prizzes or what ever. Our club has a fun hunt every month between our members and at the end of the year we have a run off for hound of the year within our club. it will help keep members together and make better judges. april we will be having ours with a BBQ and bench show for the kids.
