On August 26, 2004 the Western Indiana Beagle club met to discuss the future of the club. During this meeting it was decided by the members of the club that it could no longer support the current leadership in the PP division. The club then voted to send WIBC’s NKC/ARHA charter back to show our displeasure with the current state of affairs .The club will no longer consider itself as part of the NKC/ARHA PP family as of 12:01 AM, August 30, 2004.
