Who signed the litter enrollment on the cross between LPRCh Reffett's Ky Mtn Bleu Rocket X Ohio River Tammy? I, Dexter
D. Reffett, was the owner of Rocket and was told by Johnny Caines (who was handling Rocket in Competition at the time) that
this entire litter had been lost. I did not sign as the stud owner consequently, I am now curious as to who forged my name.

I am the one who owned Ohio River Tammy at time of breeding I left her with John Caines and went and picked her up a week later. I had all my dealings with John she had I think 5 puppies I was told at time of breeding the fee was a pup or $100 I paid the money to John if you need to know anything else call me or talk to John my number is (423) 539-2208 anytime.

I would love to know who signed the papers if Mr. Reffet did not. Also makes you wonder if the litter really did die and this dog just has false papers or what is going on. Whoever bred these dogs needs to clear the air. Sounds like there is a dishonest person somewhere in the middle of this. I do not believe it is the current owner of the dog but would love to know the real story.

i havent talked to mr reffett but did talk to jackie branstetter and have tracked this dog all the way back from when the man bought it from him when it wasw a pup sounds like to me that man who had rockett for mr reffett may be the man who signed the papers cant say for sure but i dont think it was mr branstetter.
