Progressive Pack Benefit Hunt for John Boller

The John Boller benefit hunt will be held on August 28th and August 29th if necessary at the Erie Canal Beagle Club. The host club for this hunt will be the Western Indiana Beagle Club.The purpose of this hunt is to raise money for John's medical bills. We are asking all clubs that are in good financial shape to talk to their members about making a donation of money. We have several clubs that are donating a prize for a raffle. We have enough prizes at this time.
John Gerdes (PH# 248-814-7637, e-mail magnumbeagles@earthlink.net) is the main contact person. In order to share the work load and help coordinate this hunt John is asking that each state have one person volunteer to contact all the clubs in their area to promote this hunt. One thing they are doing to help raise money is they are going to have a Stud dog auction. There is a pretty good list already of dogs that will have a stud service donated. They are planning on having a silent auction for this and they may let people bid on these hounds on the ARHA board before the hunt. Of course if you dont go to the hunt you may get out bid because the folks at the hunt with get last chance to bid. I noticed there are some LP as well as PP titles on some dogs so it looks like there will be something there for about anyone. If you cant make it to the hunt be watching for the auction on the PP board on the ARHA site.
