equimax horse wormer

any one using this wormer for beagles i got a tube of it it is made by pfizer ivermectin 1.87% praziquantel 14.03% but it is marked in 220 lbs increments with a notch in between making it 110 lbs increments.but it says only used in horses may cause serve reaction and harmful in dogs may cause death.this scares me.what do you all think.it also says it gets tape worms that is why i got it but i dont like the doseing marks and what the labeling says about may kill dog.talk to you all later.

I think Doc S replied to a post like this earlier. There is one chemical in it that is not good for dogs. He said not to use it.
