Dachshunds

I have a neighbor who has a couple of Dachshunds, a male and a female. He walks them by here once in awhile and we talk about beagles and dachshunds.

I asked him one afternoon this week what he does when the female comes into heat. He said he simply puts the female upstairs. I wondered how that would help and finally ask him how that would help? He said have you ever seen a weiner dog trying to upstairs with a boner?
