dogs have signof coccidia vet says know

My dogs have all the signs of coccidia and one pup was exposed to it threw chickens and goats. She says there fecal samples were clean as a whistle but im still concerned thats what the problem is. She says its the diamond dog food thats to blame. They are on an antibiotic called metro something or another thats for gastrointestinal parasites and infection. What do you guys think?

change the dog food and keep them on antibiotics
