running pen rabbits

I've got a friend looking for some GOOD running rabbits for his pen. He is looking for something that runs better than san quans as he said he had them before and they didn't last long in his training pen. Looking for something close to southcentral Indiana as the price of fuel makes traveling much out of the question.
