Ear problem

Post by TickedDog »

I saw a dog the other day that had little bumps all around th edge of its ears and on the outside of the ear. Didn't look like their were any on the inside. They kind of looked like small warts. Anyone ever seen this or have any suggestions as to what it could be! Thanks for any info

Some say allergies, from the weeds they run through. Some say fungus. I'm not really sure. I have had dogs do this, certain times of the year. I always used a sulfer ointment. It is like a thick salve. Cleared it up in about 3 to 4 days, although it was a couple of weeks before the ears looked all the way normal. Hope this helps.
