PMB, the reason that Trump has a higher approval rating is the corruption of Hillary and Barry. Its they contrast between him and them. The folks who are in the know, and keep up with those things, understand the threat to our freedom has never been greater. While President Jimmy Carter was inept, no one ever accused him of being evil and corrupt. Trump is not taking a salary. After a year of intense investigation they have found no evidence that he has done anything wrong. After years of corruption by Hillary, Bill, and Obama they refuse to investigate.
