Not sure what site or catalog you can order them from but I get all my leather leashes and collars made by a Amish
gentleman at the local Farmers Market. Made how I want them and very fairly priced.

I get my 1/2" wide leather leads from Plum Creek Kennel supply and they are real nice. Not sure if he carries 1/4" but he may be able to get them.
