MVK: Looks like the head (AUGER TYPE) man is out but my steak dinner still stands. In addition, I am now interested in your dog. I don't get to your part (I am old and don't travel well) of the country but will pay $100 in gas money if you get this way and we can get together. I would love to meet you and run with this young dog. I do have some dogs under a year old and they will do a pretty good job. The steak dinner and the franklin are up front whether I buy or not. Anyone else in my area that would like to see him could come too. I only buy McDonalds for the other people though. I also don't need a 2 week trial. A couple hours will do it so that if these big swamps swallow him up, I am not liable.

I would love to see a picture if you could send it either on here or PM. Again, I would welcome you to Michigan and love to run with you and your dog. I have never had a Junie dog so this is very intriguing and more than a bit, exciting to me.

Don't know you or your dogs, but regardless of whether you're proud of your $300 dogs or going off Jimmy's description - it was still a goofy thing to say. I don't know how your dogs run, what style, or how you judge a dog's ability, but....When someone has accomplished everything Jimmy has with his hounds, I doubt he's feeding anything that your dogs will 'completely outperform.' If he's still feeding it, it's something good even if he state the faults of the hound to the extreme. If it's not something exceptional, he'll either knock it in the head or maybe....sell it for $300.

Well ya must be a youngster as speaking to the old fellas of our time offends ya. It shows Ya know my time is limited in life as 70 hr weeks consume me.I aint able to leave ky much as i aint showed my family a great vacation for 5 years. The last good time i had is when me and momma drank to much and ahh hell thats another story. Young blood beleive this i have stood the test of time and was tutored by the best. I aint got any problems droping dogs on ya as the stables are deep with talent. But migh is a ways from me but not to say i cant get there. its just hard to get out in my line of work.Ya gotta make hay when the sun shines iffin ya know what i mean. I got a great travel partner in Bobby Vest if i can make him stay awake long enuff. So sweeten the pot for me Lop side it aint out of the equation. Ky is a pretty proud state and we been known to travel my friend. I got the talent in the Valley iffin ya wanna run.Btw the above spoken dog sold for 300 as a 6 week old pup as the rest .the Litter was booked 45 mins later.There was 1 male and 5 females I kept him

I just got in on the tail end of this post and I had to do some quick catching up. I hope there has been some confusion here because I think I own half of Big Money and personally I wouldn't want to take $1200.00 for my half. I don't know where I can go and find a 1 yr. old male that's a full 15 in. dog that has great hunt and a mouth that sounds like you are raping a he ape and runs a rabbit the way I want one to by himself or in a pack. I don't know what kind of description Jimmy gave for the pup but he sure suits me. I know I personally have over 800 hours of ground time in the pup with probably over 500 of that being solo time. I have watched him run this summer at 1pm to 6 pm in 100 plus degree temps and never pull out of a race. Oh I forgot to say he also is a good looking hound. I hope by the time he's 3 yr. old he will be hell on wheels. He also has a pedigree that I like as well as any hound out there, he should produce good hounds as long as he is breeding. So maybe I'm speaking out of turn because I don't know what he wants for his part but I don't care about selling him at any price and if I did it would have to be to a really good houndsman.

My last one on this, if MVK's dog ain't worth 1,200 with the tools to be great and showing that at a year, what is worth that?????? Again, I say you get what you pay for with evaluation under the correct situation. I have paid more for the same type of dog, did not handle worth a crap, very, very solid hound and I do not regret it one second. About 10 trips with consistant tritronics and you only have to yell a couple times now and she will be back to check in on you.

If MVK puts a season on this hound in question, gets him even further along and he has a handle you think 1200 will touch him???? Buy him while the price is right!!!!!!

Well i live in Mt sterling and having alot of buddies up your way i know you probaly aint ran for a while due to copperheadedrattlemocasions. We run year round Wheter its 0 degrees to 100 degrees Our hounds aint never to far out of shape , so load up them hounds and come on down, I got one turning 3 also just itching for a run. Just remember us country folk breed em tight so iffin ya like what ya see dont be surprized to see the same family of hounds on both sides of the paper.

I've been reading this forum carefully trying to follow the posts and understand them this is what I have concluded. These dogs don't hunt correctly because they don't know how people now days take them after dark and loose them on stirred rabbits they have no idea how to hunt a briar patch or thicket. I personally know a man who drives his grown dogs around after dark until he sees a rabbit and then looses them. You should watch these dogs during season it's disgusting. Auger head you seem to be a man hard pleased. Just a guess but I would say you could be shown a dog doing something and if it wasn't what you thought that dog should do you would convince yourself it didn't happen another words you know more about what the dog is doing than the dog does. Lopsided to think your 300 dollar dogs could combat MVKs years of selective breeding is outlandish papers may not run rabbits but they sell puppies. BBB you seem to be a beggar poised under the table trying to catch scraps of some big time breeder and SeeLow I will leave you out of this because you seem to be a sensitive little fellow anyway Just one mans opinion no offense to anyone.
