I had a similar experience with Tony S but I did get my papers finally.Unfortunately I had given up on ever getting the papers and gave up on the pup.In my case I don't think there was any bad intent I think he was just way behind.Heard a rumor once that Dale L had went up there and helped him get caught up.I haven't heard anything out of him or the pup in years .

I tried for a cpl years to get papers from him on them dogs with no luck. He never made any effort to make right by me. He could have offered me a dang goat or something!!! LOL
