Brucellosis is not very common in the United States, where100 to 200 cases occur each year. Meaning--- SCREENINGS WORK AND IF MORE PEOPLE DID IT EVEN FOR ONE GENERATION THERE WOULD BE 0 CASES A YEAR AND NO TEST NEEDED....


THere are way more cases of brucellosis then rabies in the US because its MANDATORY shots for rabies in most states.. if the brucellosis testing was mandatory and all dogs with it put down it would be eliminated altogether...
