2011 PKC Beagle World Championship

WOW!!! had no idea we had an active beagle club so close to home!!!!

Missi and I will drive over for the 01/09 hunt in Maysville.
I have LP type hounds... how do they fair in PKC ? We will probably just come spectate and learn this format and it rules
to see if we fit in.

hoe many generally attend? is it a large gathering?

Ohlinger, the rules have improved since you last tried it, they make more sense to rabbit hunters and folks familiar with trialing beagles.

Dennis, come on up and check it out, we would love to have you there. If your LP dogs have good hunt, can drive a rabbit with decent line control and won't minus much, they will do well. We should have 10 entries or so at the first hunt and almost that many at the second hunt that starts at 11. We are having the first ever PKC sanctioned bench show on the 9th also.

Got some good news, Steve Grady and his team from Treed Productions are coming to film this year's World Hunt. They have already made some outstanding coon hunting videos that have aired on Regional TV in Central KY and TN and they are trying hard to take the show to the Sportsman Channel. We are every excited to see what comes of this!

Thats a great idea. Publicity...I hope Crabtree don`t show up, did you guys see some of those pictures of him. Seriously, if the right crew came in and filmed it they could get some great video.
