This sounds all too familiar. Did your Vet run a blood sample? I might be wrong, but this sounds identical to a case I'm more than familiar with.

She took blood but dont know what test she run i knw a heart worm that came back neg ive got to take her back in 2 weeks prob for another 85.00

is she drinking her usual intake of water?????
sometimes its just things that simple--especially when even vet cant find anything.
winter can be tough on a dog,put that with alot of running/huntin/bleedin and she may just need some extra water
