The plastic ties seem to work the best for me. I was told not to put any more metal on a tracker collar or shock collar, the ties are real cheap insurance. JMO

I use 2 rubber O rings that you can get in the plumbing dept. at walmart or anywhere else. All my dogs have them on their collars. Just slide them on and tuck the end under them. It makes it impossible for them to come off, and you don't have to trim any excess length off a collar...you just slip in under the O rings.
