Good hounds, but there are plenty of good hounds. No doubt good hunting buddies, but there are plenty of those too. That Jauan, though, he's one in a million. That boy's a keeper. As for the issue of shooting at a rabbit running across a road, that's usually the only place on a strip job that you can get a shot, and later in the season the rabbits that ran across the road got kilt by some fine young man like Jauan so the rest run straight down the hill to get another load of bunnies ready for springtime pup training. One tip for Jauan wearing orange that my wife showed me that we use on our kids, vests are all too big so she takes a wire bag tie and puts it through the armholes in the back and pulls them together so the vest fits and doesn't slide off.
