Possible skin or flea problem

On my dog's underside, in places where there isn't much hair there is yellow-green puss spots. looks like nasty zits, i have busted them before. I don't believe that they are from skin irratation but I really don't have a clue. They act fine and eat regularly but trying to get an idea before taking them to the vet. No ticks and I believe I have taken care of the fleas because I don't see them any more. They get ran regularly, any ideas?

My dogs get these occasionally. I just clean them up and that's it. It seems to happen more in the fall- possibly slivers from running in drying out vegetation. They then fester and you find what you describe. Some peroxide or disinfectant and keep the belly clean esp. after running. Just my experience!
