This is a drinking water solution, Antibacterial, One of my friend uses this for his dogs in the summer, he says treats all intestinal bacterial, he gives 1 tblsp per gallon of water 2 times a year, Is tis the same as Corid amporium, or albon for coccidia.

Not really sure if Sulmet liquid(sulfamethazine) would work same way or not. Corid/Amprolium is strictly a coccidiostat, and Albon/sulfadimethoxine is an oral antibiotic predominantly used for the treatment of coccidia. Albon is certainly the most expensive way to treat, but would still be my treatment of choice with an individual problem due to the efficacy and safety of the product.
