Had to say goodbye today...
RIP Gilkey's Right Stuff Molly. She had developed cancer and she just couldn't take it anymore. Had to have her put down today and man it hurts. She was a direct daughter of GIlkey's Right Stuff Billy Boy and I will certainly miss her in the pack. Never heard another beagle with a bawl like hers. This is not the first time I've lost a dog and it never gets easy. Going to run the other ones tonight in her honor.

Its never easy. My 11 yr old female is getting close to her time. She is having hard time walking, eating, just sleeps. She is in the house with my wife and kids most of the time, getting all the belly rubs that she can get, she deservers it. She was an outstanding gun dog, leaving no brush pile untouched, had one litter of 8, two of pups got thier fc, another one alot of points, her one daughter in my kennel is due any day with pups.

Never easy to say good-bye! However, she has left you with a lifetime of wonderful memories. Can't ask anything more from her. RIP Molly and enjoy your new cancer-free happy hunting grounds!
