guys ,,,what would make a dog have white sores on his tounge,,,,,,he is kinda thin i thought it might be worms but im not a vet,,,,,,

how old is the dog, and how old was the food it ate out of the coffee can?

he is 13 months old and its fresh just bought it tonight,but i got the pups today and he already had these sores,,,,,,,,,jeff

Sounds like theres a fungus amungus. Take it to the vet.
