Please pray for my friend Selena Osbourne's baby.. He wasn't due until the end of November, and they had to take him this morning. She had went for a check-up in Lexington yesterday and they told her he hadn't been growing and that his heart was distressed so they took him this morning and he only weighs 2.13lbs..

Selena and her baby are in our thoughts and prayers ! I know where your coming from, my son was two months early, 4lbs, 6oz. H is 18 now and full of pee and vinegar so you and Selena hold your head up !

Talked to her last night and she said his lungs aren't fully developed, but the doctor said he's doing really good to have been born this early.
She also said to tell everyone thanks for the prayers!

your friend and her baby is in our prayers. Our son was born at 28 weeks and weighed 2lb 1oz.
the first time I got to see him he had lost down to 1lb 12oz. He is now 10 years old and weighs 108 and is almost as tall as me.
The little boogers can really surprise you. One thing the nurses had me do that you could suggest to your friend, is get a notebook and everyday write down how much he weights and if anything special happened that day. Everyone that comes to see him, have them write in the "book". I did and now my son gets a kick out of reading it and I get teary eyed.
You think you will never forget details but you will. This is one way you can remember it all.
Also my dad passed away before Trevor was a year old and now he can read what he wrote in the book and my son feels like he knows his grandpa.
