I have a pair of 20 month old AKC/NKC litter mate females that I'm looking at letting go. Both have been running rabbits since 6 months of age. Both are LP style bred hounds, clean running and easy handling. Sire is Streak XVI and the Dam is Weedeater JR's Lil Annie. Can supply pictures and pedigree. I have had several inquiries regarding these dogs. I'll try to post some pictures in a few days. Both dogs are bred from real rabbit dogs. The Sire was a Little Pack Grand Champion (15") -- one of the best dogs I've hare hunted with -- he could get you a rabbit when the other dogs couldn't. The Dam is a full 15" hound -- she is as good as they come -- exceptional hunt -- honest mouth -- hard running with good foot speed.
The pups are clean running dogs -- one is about 15 1/2 inches tall and the other one is about 13 1/2 inches tall. The smaller dog has the better hunt and foot speed while the bigger dog has the better nose -- so they compliment each other.

if looks could run a rabbit those 2 dogs would be as good as they come good looking dogs n good price on them too ya know thats puppy prices jb

I have had several inquiries about the price for the smaller hound and where I live. I live in Central WV -- Webster Springs. At this time I'm not in a hurry to sell the dogs. I prefer that the dogs go as a pair. I'm looking at breeding one of my old dogs and will need the kennel space in the future. These dogs are priced at puppy prices for a pair of good looking, running hounds -- that handle easy -- don't run trash -- honest with their mouth. The best advice I could give anyone is to come and watch them run -- that usually tells the story. The little dog is a real gem -- quick to claim while the big dog lacks hunt, she has a good nose, packs well and will pack every rabbit you kill back to your feet.
